On Wednesday at approximately 8:54 pm the Ontario County Sherrif’s Deputies arrested Cody R. Seeley, age 19 of Hemlock, in the Town of Canadice for criminal mischief in the 4th degree sub section 1 and criminal mischief in the 4th degree sub section 4, following a domestic incident.It is alleged that Seeley damaged a door in the residence and took the victims’ cellphones away so they were unable to call 911 for help.Flint was arraigned in the Richmond Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 insurance bond. He is to appear in Canadice Town Court at a later date.
