A Clifton Springs man was arrested for grand larceny on March 18th by deputies in Ontario County following an investigation into a stolen wallet.On Friday, March 18th at approximately 8:12 pm Ryan Gentle was arrested at his residence after stealing a wallet and using a stolen debit card. Gentle was observed by surveillance footage using the stolen debit card from the wallet and making purchases at a gas station in the Town of Manchester. Gentle orally admitted to stealing the wallet and using the debit card of the victim to make purchases. The wallet and debit card were still in his possession when he was arrested. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
