On March 5, 2015 at approximately 4:19 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph J. Cifaratta, age 46 of 106 State Street Apt. A in Seneca Falls, on an arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree. Cifaratta is accused of repeatedly texting and calling a female resident several times in a 24-hour-period back in February of this year in violation of a family court order of protection. 
Cifaratta was arraigned in town court and ROR’d. Cifaratta is to re-appear in town court on March 11 at 9:30 am to answer the charges.
