On Tuesday May 9 at approximately 10:16 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rachael A. Walter, age 28 of 160 South Street in Auburn, on a charge of Felony DWI following a traffic stop. Walter had a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years.
Walters was also charged with Inadequate Headlights and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test. Walters was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and was to reappear in town court on May 21 at 9:30 am for a felony hearing.
