On Sunday at 12:08 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Athayonih G. Van Every, age 21 of 3031 Bayard Street Extension in Seneca Falls, after responding to the residence for the report of a domestic dispute. It is alleged that Van Every punched a female victim in the face after a verbal argument turned physical. It is also alleged the female was holding a child in her arms when she was struck by Van Every. 
Van Every was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court for the charges of Harassment in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 bond. He is due to re-appear in court on April 2 at 5:00 pm. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
