On Saturday at 4:20 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jose A. Rodriguez, age 35 of State Street in Seneca Falls, for Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, BAC .08 or higher, a misdemeanor and Failure to Keep Right after having received a complaint from a Town business of a male acting strangely.Upon arrival Police observed a vehicle operating on the roadway which matched the description of the vehicle from the complaint, vehicle was observed crossing the double solid pavement markings and was stopped by Police.Rodriquez was released on UTTs and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on 03/05/2015 at 10:00 AM.
