On Monday at approximately 5:00 pm the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Jonathan S. Williams, 34 of 246 East Main Street in Penn Yan, for Petit Larceny following an investigation of missing funds from his place of employment totaling $397. Williams was issued an appearance ticket and is to answer the charge in Village Court at a later date.
