On Monday August 17th at 7:45 pm The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Zachary K. Young, age 24 residing at 76 East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls, on a Criminal Contempt 2nd arrest warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Young was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca Count Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500.00 cash bail or $3000.00 Insurance Bond. The warrant stems from an incident that occurred on May 6th, 2015 where Young violated a Class A Order of Protection. Young is to reappear on September 3rd at 5:00 pm in the Seneca Falls Town Court.
