On Wednesday at approximately 11:30 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Kyle P Collins age 25 of 8262 County Road 129 in Interlaken for Felony DWI. Collins was located in the parking lot of a local Town of Seneca Falls Business after a complaint was made with Seneca Falls Police of a man sleeping in the driver seat of a running vehicle. 
Collins was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was ROR’d. He is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 7 at 5:00 pm.
