On Thursday April 23rd at approximately 10:03 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Franklin S. O’Shea, age 28 of 60 Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, following a complainant on an active Bench Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Failure to Appear. O’Shea was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750.00 cash bail/ $1,500 bond and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 7 at 5:00 pm to answer to the charges.
