Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on August 14th at approximately 5:38 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Tracy M. Abbott, age 44 of 1312 Old State Road Extension in Waterloo, for harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a Town of Junius business for a domestic dispute where it is alleged that Abbott punched a female while in the presence of a 3 year old child. Abbott was was arraigned before the Town of Junius Court and released on her own recognizance. Abbott is to reappear before the court on August 20th at 7:00 pm. A class “A” order of protection was also issued by the court.
