On Thursday at approximately 11:12 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Heather M. Valder, age 22 of 2760 County Road 6, Lot 2, Geneva, on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Disorderly Conduct, Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Child Endangerment. She was arraigned in Town Court and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and will reappear in court at a later date.
