The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Monday at 4:02 pm deputies arrested Devin J. Osterhout, 24 of 34 Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, on a Bench Warrant for failure to appear out of the Town of Tyre court. Osterhout was arraigned in the Tyre court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 secure bond. Osterhout is due back in the Town of Tyre Court August 25th at 10 am.
