The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Sunday at 6:22 pm that Sheriff Deputies arrested Freeman D. Northrup, age 59 of Ovid, for Felony DWI and Aggravated DWI BAC .18% or higher.While on patrol Deputies discovered a one car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 96 and County Road 138. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Northrup had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated and drove off the roadway causing the accident.Northrup was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and released on his own recognizance. Northrup is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on 01/23/15 at 11:30 am for further court proceedings.
