The Waterloo Police Department arrested Joseph J. Kaminski III, age 44 of 1 Center Street Apt. 4 Waterloo, for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Kaminski entered a Village of Waterloo Business and stole 3 cans of Twisted Tea. Kaminski was issued an Appearance Ticket and released to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on February 11 at 9AM in front of Judge Mattoon to answer the charge.
