The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday at 4:20 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 37 year old Corey L. Richardson of 6835 Wells Hollow Road in Ovid following a domestic dispute.Richardson was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st degree, a Class E Felony and Harassment 2nd Degree, a violation. The arrest stems from a Domestic dispute where it is alleged that Richardson pushed a female victim to the ground in violation of a class B order of protection.Richardson was arraigned in the Romulus court where he was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1,000 bail bond. A Class A order of protection was then issued to the victim. Deputies were assisted on scene by the New York State Police.
