On Monday at approximately 6:31 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremiah J. Rathbone, age 35 of 2875 Bauer Road in Waterloo, on an arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.Rathbone is accused of violating a Family Court Order of Protection issued out of Seneca County. He was arraigned in Town Court and committed to SCCF on $1500 Cash/$3000 Bond and has to reappear in court on 02/05/15 at 5:00 pm
