Danny L. Mattison, 35 years old of Hornby Road in Beaver Dams, was arrested on Monday and charged with Reckless Endangerment in the first degree, DWI, AUO 3rd, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable & prudent, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without insurance after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on Chambers Road in the Town of Orange on November 22nd.Mattison was arraigned in the Town of Montour Falls Court and ROR to appear in the Town of Orange Court at a later date.
