On Monday at approximately 12:25 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael E. Smith, of 192 Ovid Street Lot 16 in Seneca Falls, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree following a complaint investigation. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and is remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail/ $500 bond. Smith is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 13th, 2016 at 9:00 am.
