On Saturday at approximately 11:47 p.m. deputies in Wayne County arrested a 38-year-old Ontario resident on forcible touching charges following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Deputies say Lewis E. Fisher, 38, of Furnace Road was arrested on a warrant for forcible touching.
In September deputies were called to Ridge Road, in Ontario, where they investigated a domestic incident between Fisher and a relative.
It’s alleged that Fisher had inappropriate contact with the relative during that incident. Subsequently, an arrest warrant was issued, and he was charged with forcible touching.
Fisher was remanded to the Wayne County Jail and is due back in court at a later date.
