Deputies arrested a South Carolina woman on felony DWI charges after receiving a complaint of a sick or intoxicated driver on Saturday.
Deputies say Sherry A. Daprile, 49, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, open container, and moving from lane unsafely.
She was arrested after deputies responded to that report of a sick or intoxicated driver, and found that the vehicle operated by Daprile was observed moving erratically on Walworth-Marion Road.
Upon further investigation it was determined that her BAC was 0.17 percent.
She was arraigned in Marion Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
