Deputies say that on December 11th a 40-year-old Lodi resident was taken into custody following an investigation into sex abuse of a child.
It is alleged that Bruce A. Denmark, 40, of Lodi subjected a 13-year-old female victim to sexual contact beginning in 2013.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a 13-year-old male was also abused in 2018.
Denmark was charged with first-degree sex abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was held at the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 secured bond.
Denmark is scheduled to return to Lodi Town Court at a later date.
