On December 9th at 1:45 a.m., the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Seneca Castle resident on a DWI charge following a one-car crash.
Emma J. Shaw, 27, of Seneca Castle was charged following property damage accident on East Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Upon investigation, it was determined that Shaw was operating her motor vehicle in an intoxicated state.
She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a vehicle with a BAC of 0.08 percent or more and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
Shaw is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
