Deputies say a Lyons man was arrested after an investigation into a television stolen from a local store.
Mark M. Herman, 53, of Lyons was charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking a television owned by a drug store on William Street.
Dobbins Drugs was at the center of the investigation, which concluded with the arrest of Herman.
The charges will be answered in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
