Troopers say an 86-year-old Sodus woman was killed in the crash that shut down State Route 104 on Tuesday during rush hour.
The accident happened at the intersection of Route 104 and South Geneva Road.
Ronald Millon, 73, was driving a minivan traveling south on South Geneva Road, and didn’t stop for a box truck, which was traveling east and had the right of way on Route 104.
The box truck collided with the passenger side of the vehicle, killing 86-year-old Nancy Reibsome, who was sitting in that seat.
Millon also suffered serious injuries and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the box truck, 41-year-old Scott Thompson, of Liverpool, was taken to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital for minor injuries.
The investigation remains active into the crash.
