In honor of Thanksgiving, del Lago Resort & Casino donated $1,000 to Vera House, Inc., of Syracuse, NY. The proceeds were raised through a month-long social media “thankful” campaign in honor of the holiday season.

del Lago Resort & Casino’s social media fans were asked to nominate a local non-profit of their choice to receive the donation. Vera House, Inc. was randomly selected among the nominees and named the recipient.
Vera House, Inc. is a comprehensive domestic and sexual violence service agency providing shelter, advocacy and counseling services for women, men and children, education and prevention programs, and community coordination.
