Total of eight arrests made following major meth lab bust and investigation

Sheriff David Gould reports that on Thursday the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office concluded an investigation in relation to a search warrant carried out on Orchard Street in Auburn, on November 9th.

The street was shut down for hours as hazmat crews worked the scene alongside law enforcement that day.

As result of the investigation, the following individuals were arrested on a variety of charges:

Thomas L. Hutton, 54, of 54 Orchard St. was charged with second-degree manufacture of methamphetamine, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and fourth-degree conspiracy.

He’s being held on $5,000 bail.

Breanne Lunn, 31, of Haniball, New York was charged with second-degree manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of precursors, and fourth-degree conspiracy.

She was released at arraignment.

Timothy Rathbun, 35, of Montezuma was charged with second-degree manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of precursors, and fourth-degree conspiracy.

He was also released at arraignment.

Shaun Cronin, 40, of Auburn, was charged with criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and fourth-degree conspiracy.

Heath Hutton, 46, of Auburn was charged with criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and fourth-degree conspiracy.

Raymond Cox, 37, of Auburn was charged with criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and fourth-degree conspiracy.

James Delaney, 33, of Auburn was charged with criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and fourth-degree conspiracy.

Theresa Hutton, 23, of Auburn was charged with criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and fourth-degree conspiracy.

All of the latter individuals were released to appear in Auburn City Court on December 12th.
