The former bar owner accused of sexually abusing two women last Christmas Eve at the downtown Penn Yan business has pleaded guilty to two felony charges on Wednesday.

Bob Champlin, 61, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony. The charge is punishable by up to three years in prison.

He pleaded guilty in Yates County Court.

Champlin owned Lloyd’s Limited in Penn Yan. The bar closed shortly after the charges were filed, and after the liquor license was suspended.

Sentencing is scheduled for March 5th, according to officials.
