On Sunday at 2:27 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 38-year-old North Carolina resident following a traffic stop on the Auburn Road.
Robert D. Vaughn, 38, of North Carolina was observed by police crossing the centerline while traveling northbound on Auburn Road.
After stopping the vehicle for the traffic violation, it was determined that Vaughn was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He was charged with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and driving with 0.08 percent or more BAC.
Vaughn was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
