State Police say they’re investigating a fatal crash that happened on Wednesday a little after 3 p.m.
First responders were called to the intersection of Lincoln and Whitney roads for the report of a car into a tree.
State Police responded, and say that 45-year-old Miroslaw Pawuk, of Rochester, was driving south on Lincoln when he went through the intersection and hit a number of trees.
Authorities say he died at the scene.
