Generations announces the hiring of Michael Williams as an Investment Advisor Representative. Williams will be focused on the Western New York market. Generations Investment Advisor Representative, George Awad will remain focused in the Finger Lakes market.
Williams has been in the financial services field for about 18 years. He has held a variety of leadership roles in the insurance and financial services industry including, Vice President of independent distribution, Divisional Vice President and Director of Distribution.
Williams is a Certified Financial Planner and holds Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations along with licenses in Life Insurance, as well as, Accident and Health Insurance. Williams received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and his master’s degree from the University of Detroit. He and his family currently reside in the Rochester, New York metro area.
