The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Marion woman following a traffic stop on Walworth Marion Road in Walworth.
Deputies arrested Jodi L. Davis, 45, for criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop for speeding.
Deputies say they located three Suboxone strips and a small bag of marijuana on her person. Deputies also searched her vehicle and found a smoking bowl laying on the passenger side floor.
As result she was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and issued traffic citations for speeding and inadequate license plate lights.
She was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges on January 9th, 2019.
