Parents of the 20 people killed in last month’s limousine crash in Schoharie are suing the operators of that vehicle.
In addition to the occupants – two pedestrians were killed in the wreck.
The lawsuit was filed in state court seeking unspecified damages from the limousine service operators.
The documents name Prestige Limousine owner Shahed Hussain and his son Nauman Hussain, who has pleaded not guilty to a charge of criminally negligent homicide.
State Police say Hussain is in Pakistan.
