A Lyons man was arrested on Thursday following an investigation into a domestic violence incident.
Winston Sharpe, 20, was arrested in Sodus for harassment in the second degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, menacing in the second degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say Sharpe entered the home of a family member to retrieve belongings when a fight occurred.
Sharpe allegedly kicked a family member down a flight of stairs and displayed a sword threatening while near children under the age of 17.
He was arraigned in the Town of Gates and released on his own recognizance.
