Deputies say a 57-year-old Rushville resident was arrested for felony DWI after a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca.
Prior to the stop deputies observed Gloria S. Dunton, 57, of Rushville driving off the road and swerving over the yellow line.
She was found to be intoxicated and released to a third party after being charged with felony aggravated DWI per se.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
