A 24-year-old Victor resident was charged with DWI and possessing a controlled substance after an investigation in the Town of Richmond.
Deputies say Corey D. Myers, 24, was charged with DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also cited for speeding.
Deputies say he lost control of his vehicle and upon investigation it was determined that he was intoxicated.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
