Deputies say that on Thursday at approximately 7:42 a.m. they responded to a five-vehicle accident on State Route 96 in Victor.
Deputies say Patricia O’Connell, 57, was northbound on Route 96 approaching the intersection of Lane Road. It was determined that she drove into the rear of a line of vehicles that were waiting for a traffic light to change.
The collision caused a chain reaction accident.
One person, identified as 52-year-old LeAnne McGuinness was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital for treatment of a leg injury.
All others declined medical treatment. Fishers Fire Department assisted at the scene, according to deputies.
