It didn’t happen in the Finger Lakes, or in the northern portion of the 23rd Congressional District, but three debates were scheduled.
On Tuesday, Democratic Challenger Tracy Mitrano and Incumbent Republican Tom Reed faced off before voters, talking immigration, the economy and much more.
