The No. 3 seeded Mynderse Academy boy’s soccer season ended in heartbreaking fashion on Wednesday night in the semi finals as the team fell to No. 2 Letchworth/Warsaw United 3-2 in the second half.
“I thought we came out on fire,” Blue Devils coach Lisa Anderson said. “We played with heart. We never gave up, and we’re a solid team. I thought we played well all over the field. We moved the ball well and had great corner kicks. We just ran out of time is what happened in the end.”
