Ontario County Emergency Management reports that on Wednesday around 12:15 a.m. first responders were called to a residential structure fire in the Town of Seneca on Scoon Road.
The occupants of the home called 911 after being awoken by smoke alarms. Both escaped without injury.
Emergency Management reports that the home was completely destroyed; and that two vehicles were also damaged.
The fire remains under investigation by the Hall Fire Department and Ontario County Fire Coordinator.
Initial results of that investigation show that the fire started on the first floor.
