Deputies report that on October 9th at approximately 11:30 am a 17-year-old resident was arrested following an investigation at the Hillside Children’s Center.
Deputies say Austin J. Lee, 17, got into a physical altercation on October 2nd with another male – and head butted the person in the face.
The impact caused the second individual to break their nose. Lee was subsequently arrested and charged with third-degree assault.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
Deputies say Lee was released on an appearance ticket.
