Police: Drunk driver fatally struck fire chief in Steuben County

Campbell native Robert Neally, 42, now faces DWI and traffic charges following a fatal crash in Campbell.

Criminal charges are pending, after Neally fatally struck Fire Chief,Terry Hill of Lindley Presho Fire Department.

Hill’s funeral is set to take place Sunday, October 21 at the Lindley Community Church.

Calling hours will be from 2-5 p.m. with the funeral service will follow.
