The CEO of Constellation Brands will be stepping down in March.
Rob Sands will step down as CEO of the beverage alcohol company to become executive chairman.
Richard Sands, who is currently the executive chairman, will assume the role of executive vice chair.
Bill Newlands who will take over as CEO effective March 1. Newlands currently serves as the company’s president and chief operating officer.
