Deputies say a Niagara Falls man was arrested on felony charges after an incident at the del Lago Resort & Casino in Tyre.
On October 12th around 3:07 pm deputies arrested Nghia Q. Truong, 50, charging him with third-degree criminal mischief.
Deputies say the charge is a Class E felony.
They say the arrest stems from an incident on September 8th, in which Truong damaged a vehicle belonging to another person.
Damage to the vehicle exceeded $250.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date.
