Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies said a man from Lyons was arrested Monday afternoon on forcible touching charges. Deputies said Matt Brevet, 36, invited a friend into his bedroom and gave them a birthday card. After handing the card over, Brevet allegedly started to forcibly touch the victim in the groin.
