State Police say a Seneca Falls man was uninjured after an accident on Glover Road.
However, that driver didn’t leave the scene without being arrested.
Police say Brandon R. Cornish, 24, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08 percent, failure to keep right and speeding.
After responding to the crash, police placed Cornish under arrest when he failed multiple field sobriety tests.
He was processed in Wolcott and issued traffic tickets for the charges.
