A Webster man is being held on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond after raping a girl under the age of 15.
Deputies say Matthew Henderson, 25, is accused of raping a young girl – at Dolomite Park in Walworth.
He’s been charged with second degree rape, second degree criminal sex act, third degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Walworth Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.
Henderson is due back in court at a later date, per investigators.
