Police arrested a 45-year-old Seneca Falls man following a property damage accident on Ovid Street over the weekend.
On Sunday around 5:38 pm police arrested Robert A. Morehouse, 45, of Seneca Falls following an investigation into the accident where he was following too closely.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and ticketed for following too closely, and driving with a BAC over 0.08 percent.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
