Police in Canandaigua made a pair of felony drug arrests on September 19th after lengthy, multi-department investigations, according to a press release.
At 7:40 pm officers arrested 44-year-old Luis P. Soto, a Geneva resident for felony criminal sale of a controlled substance. At the same time, officers also took 36-year-old Ryan J. Reeder, of Geneva into custody on the same felony charge.
Police say both sold fentanyl and heroin in Canandaigua; and had done so throughout Ontario County, per the results of their investigation.
The investigation involved the Canandaigua Police Department and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Both are being held without bail at the Ontario County Jail with additional charges pending.
