The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra man following a domestic incident that happened on Monday around 1 am.
Jessie M. Martin, 29, of Palmyra was arrested by deputies following an investigation into an alleged domestic incident.
Martin is accused of striking and choking his girlfriend.
He was arraigned in Palmyra Village Court on second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing charges.
He was released and is scheduled to appear at a later date.
